NAMM
Anaheim Convention Centre
Anaheim, CA 18-21st January 2006

Ben and I attended NAMM (National Association Of Music Mercahants) in Anaheim California this past January. It was a bit overwhelming to be in such a large convention center filled with musical instruments, musicians, and industry people. It seemed like you ran into someone every aisle you went down.
Thursday was the kick off day and we were pretty excited for the next few days . We arrived at the convention center and got right to work with Halo Guitars . Our booth was located right next to Coffin Case, so we had some interesting people stop by to check things out. My day started with signing autographs and taking photos with fans. Within 10 minutes of being there we ended up seeing Constantine from American Idol and Rob Zombie bass player, Blasko. Ben was able to walk around quite a bit. He ran into former Rob Zombie drummer, John Tempesta! He was great! We took a few photos with him and chatted for a bit.
Day 2: Friday was even busier, giving us an idea of what there was to come on Saturday. We had so many people stopping by the booth asking for passes for the Halo Guitars showcase and Coffin Case fashion show that I hardly remember everyone that came by. Shortly after the guys from Sister Kill Cycle arrived we ran into Geoff Kresge from HorrorPops, Mad Dog Chad, Jeff Roffredo from Tiger Army, and Billy Martin from Good Charlotte .
Day 3: Saturday was the busiest day ever! I was exhausted at that point and it was going to be a long day since we had the showcase later that evening. The day started off by running into Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue and Bootsy Collins striking up a conversation together. The day also included appearances by Wayne Static from StaticX, The guys from Black Label Society, CC DeVille and Rikki Rocket of Poison .
Later that evening the Coffin Case fashion show kicked off at the Hilton that was located near the convention center. The audience consisted of people like Jay Gordon from Orgy and the Man Himself, Lemmy from Motorhead! Shortly there after the Fashion show ended The Halo Guitars Showcase started. Some of the bands that played were To Die For, Spiracell, Sister Kill Cycle, Prong, and the HALO ALL STAR BAND featuring members of Brides of Destruction, Poison, Quiet Riot, Faster Pussycat, Toxic Twist, and Down Factor. Good Times!!!
